To choose a perspective is to choose a value system and a belief. If you're talking from your point of view, you'd talk about what you want, need, or feel like. Can you talk from others' point of view? Yes. You can MUST.

People says that you must speak up your mind, sure, it's important to speak up your mind. You have to let people know what you feel or need. But somehow, you have to talk or think from others' perspective. It's empathy. You have to understand other people's feelings or emotions in order to know yourself.
